Jason B. Godwin
Mr. Godwin is a founding member of Premier Sports and serves as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Godwin’s dream of creating an innovative athlete management company began during his collegiate years as a football player for Georgia Tech. Upon receipt of his degree in International Affairs, he remained at Georgia Tech as a member of the football staff while he obtained a master’s degree in Public Administration. Mr. Godwin then received his law degree from Georgia State University and began working in the business litigation group of a top Atlanta law firm. After developing his legal skills, Mr. Godwin put together a team of professionals that shared the common goal of revolutionizing the business of sports agencies.
As President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Godwin is involved in identifying and recruiting top athletes in all professional sports and promoting Premier Sports' clients in their chosen professional leagues through personal visits with team decision makers, targeted marketing to professional teams, strategic contract negotiations and top endorsement deals.
Mr. Godwin also maintains Premier Sports' Contract Advisor License with the National Football League’s Players Association. Through his football years at Georgia Tech, Mr. Godwin developed an extensive network of current and former professional football players, coaches and scouts all of whom assist in maximizing each client’s potential. Mr. Godwin navigates the company’s football clients through college all-star games, combines, pro-days, and the NFL draft.

Bryan E. Busch
Mr. Busch is a founding member of Premier Sports and serves as the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Busch received an undergraduate degree in Business Finance and then obtained his law degree from Georgia State University College of Law where he graduated in the top of his class. Mr. Busch began his legal career at one of Atlanta’s oldest and most prestigious law firms and is a founding member of Atlanta’s most innovative and successful new law firm, Busch, Slipakoff & Schuh, LLP.
As a practicing attorney, Mr. Busch negotiated hundreds of complex business disputes and successfully represented clients before judges and juries throughout federal and state courts in the southeast. Through this experience, Mr. Busch forged his skills as a superior negotiator protecting the interests of his clients.
As Executive Vice President of Premier Sports,, Mr. Busch is responsible for ensuring that the interests of each client are protected. Mr. Busch uses his legal skills and business experience to negotiate professional sports contracts, protect the image and likeness of each Premier Sports client, evaluate new business opportunities and investment options, and develop new strategic partners.
